What Is The St. Kitts Public Benefit Program
Effective from July 2023, The Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programme in St. Kitts and Nevis has made significant changes to its qualifying investment options. A novel addition, the Public Benefit Option (PBO), now provides an alternative donation option for investors. This new option allows for donations to be made to an Approved Public Benefactor that will provide proven benefits to the nation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
To date, MSR Media is the sole approved Public Benefactor who is developing the movie industry in St. Kitts and Nevis. Subject to a minimum donation of USD 250,000, investors will be eligible to apply for Citizenship of St. Kitts & Nevis for themselves and dependent family members and will also receive a range of unique benefits.

Due Diligence and Application
- Application takes an average of 8 months.
- Reserve unit with MSR Media SKN LTD.
- Complete Application Forms, payment of legal and due diligence fees.
Approval and Investment
- Decision provided within 120 days.
- Upon interview and approval, complete payment of qualifying sum, government fees, stamp duty and other fees.
Citizenship and Passport
Applicant then obtains a Certificate of St.kitts Citizenship & Passport.

To qualify for citizenship, the primary applicant must be over 18 years old, of good character, without a criminal record, and make an investment or contribution in one of the qualifying investment options.
Restricted applicants are those who are nationals of:
- Russia
- Belarus
- North Korea
- Afghanistan
- Iraq
- Iran
Citizens of restricted countries, and persons ordinarily resident in the restricted countries are NOT eligible to apply for citizenship through the St. Kitts & Nevis CIP.

- Dependent children of the main applicant or spouse between 18 and 25 years that attend (full time) a recognized educational institution that are fully supported by the main applicant.
- Dependent children at least 18 years old and physically and/or mentally challenged who are living with and fully supported by the main applicant.
- Parents of the main applicant or spouse above 65 years old living with and fully supported by the main applicant.
- St. Kitts and Nevis’s passport allows visa-free travel or visa-on-arrival to over 150 countries and territories including Hong Kong, Singapore, Russia, the UK, and the European Union.
