Hong Kong

I: Job Summary

The Immigration Coordinator / Business Immigration Analyst
is to support in the processing of immigration applications for clients, the review of information for validity and accuracy, and the review of immigration applications to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements. They will also need to follow up closely with each step of the processes to ensure the timely processing of immigration applications.

At HLG you will be provided an excellent platform to learn the technical aspects of immigration law and regulations of various jurisdictions, with focus on North America. II: Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To prepare immigration applications for submission to the relevant authorities as requested by lawyers (forms, support letters, and Firm Correspondence)
  • To translate documents and to interpret during meetings;
  • Liaise with clients to provide support and coordination on document collection and delivery;
  • To frequently update clients about the changes in immigration processes and regulations;
  • To support our legal team and business development team by providing updates on immigration programs;
  • To participate in the company’s general activities such as seminars, events, training sessions, etc.; and
  • To perform other duties as assigned

III: Requirements

  • At minimum a bachelor’s degree/diploma in any discipline and/or prior relevant work experience;
  • Good command of written and verbal English;

Cambodia

The key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager are to promote the Company’s business, notably regarding immigration cases, generating leads and meeting sales goals. The individual in this role will also collaborate with the Marketing function in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.

Philippines

The key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager are to promote the Company’s business, notably regarding immigration cases, generating leads and meeting sales goals. The individual in this role will also collaborate with the Marketing function in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.

The key responsibilities of the Relationship Manager are to promote the Company’s business, notably regarding investment immigration cases, generating leads and meeting sales goals. The individual in this role will also collaborate with the Marketing function in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.

Thailand

Drive and implement compliance operations projects and deliverables on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities:

    • To oversee and monitor team’s output in terms of commitment to quality and production of profiles.
    • Lead and support global Initiatives for due-diligence ops team
    • Support the overall implementation of strategic business initiatives

 

The Administrative Assistant is mainly responsible for running and coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties of an HLG’s office in Bangkok, Thailand.

 

The overall responsibilities of the Business Development Manager are to promote the Company’s business, notably Immigration Investment and Corporate Services, in Thailand and may, as required, cover other geographical locations worldwide in alignment with the evolution of the Company’s business strategy and organization development.

 

Turkey

I: Job Summary

The overall responsibilities of the Sales Executive are to promote the Company’s business, notably regarding immigration cases in a specific location or locations worldwide in alignment with the evolution of the Company’s business strategy and organization development. 

II: Key Duties and Responsibilities

Include but not limited to the following:

  • Be fully aware and updated on all Immigration programs offered by Harvey Law Group, and any other business programs as the Company evolves in the future on the Company’s strategy;
  • Provide advice to prospective clients on their immigration application needs;
  • Follow through closely and manage the application process for all immigration cases committed by clients;
  • Build trust with clients and maintain good relationship with clients;
  • Initiate approaches for expanding network of prospects; 
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary;
  • Report regularly to the Managing Partners on the progress of all business activities; 
  • Support in any other ad hoc projects or assignments as directed by the supervising Managing Partners. Answer and transfer phone calls to relevant staff;

III: Know-how and Competency Requirements

  • Minimum Academic Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum Relevant Experience: 5 years
  • Fluent Turkish & strong command of written and oral English

The key responsibilities of the Lawyer are:

  • to advise high net worth individuals on secondary residence and citizenship-by-investment opportunities;
  • to provide legal advice to the Marketing, Business Development and Paralegal/Processing teams on promoting Immigration programs and offering professional services to clients.

The key responsibilities of the Lawyer are:

  • to advise high net worth individuals on secondary residence and citizenship-by-investment opportunities;
