The key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager are to promote the Company’s business, notably regarding immigration cases, generating leads and meeting sales goals. The individual in this role will also collaborate with the Marketing function in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.


The key responsibilities of the Lawyer are:

  • to advise high net worth individuals on secondary residence and citizenship-by-investment opportunities;
  • to provide legal advice to the Marketing, Business Development and Paralegal/Processing teams on promoting Immigration programs and offering professional services to clients.



I: Job Summary

The overall responsibilities of the Sales Executive are to promote the Company’s business,
notably regarding immigration cases in a specific location or locations worldwide in
alignment with the evolution of the Company’s business strategy and organization

II: Key Duties and Responsibilities

Include but not limited to the following:

  • Be fully knowledgeable and updated on all Immigration programs offered by Harvey
    Law Group;
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying HNWIs to build a network
    of prospects;
  • Provide advice to prospective clients on their immigration application needs and
    follow up closely to close deals;
  • Follow through each case and, with the support of HLG lawyer(s), manage the
    application process for all immigration cases, and take initiative to update the clients
    on the progress;
  • Continuously review and discuss with management/supervising Managing Partner(s)
    to determine necessary strategic sales approaches;
  • Collaborate with the HLG Marketing team, support marketing efforts such as
    company seminars and other promotional events;
  • Monitor HLG Website and marketing collaterals, notably on the Turkish translations
    to ensure content is updated and accurate;
  • Assist Operations Manager with company operations and maintaining office
    systems, as directed by Operations Manager
  • Support in any other ad-hoc projects or assignments as directed by Management
    and supervising Managing Partners.

III: Know-how and Competency Requirements

  • Minimum Academic Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or
  • Be flexible to travel to different geographical locations as needed;
  • Fluent Turkish & strong command of written and oral English
