Role Overview:
Harvey Law Group is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead the firm’s global marketing function. As we continue expanding our footprint across multiple regions, we are looking for a senior leader who can elevate our brand, strengthen our market positioning, and drive strategic growth across multilingual markets. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in marketing investment‑immigration services internationally, a strong command of both digital and traditional marketing strategies, and the ability to guide diverse teams toward unified, high‑impact initiatives. Strong language capabilities, particularly in English, Japanese, and Arabic, will be a significant advantage. This role will play a central part in shaping HLG’s global presence and supporting the continued evolution of our investment‑immigration practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the company’s global marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on promoting investment‑immigration programs across diverse international markets, such as those in United States, Canada, Japan, Middle East, and Africa
Design and oversee multilingual marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value, requirements, and benefits of investment‑immigration programs to clients in various regions
Drive high‑quality lead generation by creating targeted marketing funnels tailored to investors, entrepreneurs, and high‑net‑worth individuals seeking global mobility options
Collaborate closely with legal and immigration teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect program updates, regulatory changes, and country‑specific immigration pathways
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid advertising, social media, content strategy, and marketing automation, with a focus on investment‑immigration audiences
Oversee the creation of educational content such as program guides, webinars, articles, and market insights that help clients understand global residency and citizenship options
Analyze market trends and competitor activity within the investment‑immigration sector to identify new opportunities and emerging markets for HLG’s expansion
Lead and mentor a multilingual, cross‑regional marketing team, ensuring consistent messaging and high‑impact execution across all offices
Build strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, wealth‑management firms, real‑estate developers, and international business networks relevant to investment immigration
Ensure compliance and accuracy in all marketing communications related to immigration programs, investment thresholds, timelines, and legal requirements
Monitor and optimize marketing performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and global brand visibility
Required Qualifications For the Position:
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within international immigration law firms
Demonstrated experience working across multiple markets, ideally including Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas
Deep understanding of investment‑immigration programs, including residency‑by‑investment, citizenship‑by‑investment, and global mobility trends
Strong command of digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, analytics, automation, and multilingual campaign management
Proven ability to work with multicultural and multilingual teams, ensuring consistent messaging across regions
Experience developing investor‑focused marketing funnels, targeting high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and global business clients
Ability to interpret regulatory changes and translate complex immigration requirements into clear, compliant marketing content
Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in multiple languages: English and French are required with Arabic, Japanese and Thai strongly preferred
Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities, able to evaluate market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging opportunities
Experience building partnerships with wealth‑management firms, real‑estate developers, and international business networks relevant to investment immigration
