Hong Kong

I: Job Summary

The Paralegal/Articling student mainly supports the Senior Associates of the Legal function in maintaining and organizing files, conducting legal research, and drafting documents.

II: Key Duties and Responsibilities

Include but not limited to the following (under the supervision of Senior Associates):

  • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles;
    and present conclusions in an organized manner;
  • Organize and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing
    systems;
  • Prepare internal notes and memorandum on recent legal developments;
  • Gather, review and organize information to assist with case
    preparation;
  • Prepare first drafts of correspondence and legal documents.
  • Support in any other ad-hoc projects as directed by the Senior
    Associates.

III: Major Challenges and Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and preferred fluency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)

The key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager are to promote the Company’s business, notably regarding immigration cases, generating leads and meeting sales goals. The individual in this role will also collaborate with the Marketing function in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.

The key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager are to promote the Company’s business, notably regarding immigration cases, generating leads and meeting sales goals. The key responsibilities of the Relationship Manager are to promote the Company’s business, notably regarding investment immigration cases, generating leads and meeting sales goals. Thailand

Drive and implement compliance operations projects and deliverables on an international scale.

The Administrative Assistant is mainly responsible for running and coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties of an HLG’s office in Bangkok, Thailand.

 

The overall responsibilities of the Business Development Manager are to promote the Company’s business, notably Immigration Investment and Corporate Services, in Thailand and may, as required, cover other geographical locations worldwide in alignment with the evolution of the Company’s business strategy and organization development.

 

Turkey

I: Job Summary

The overall responsibilities of the Sales Executive is to promote the Company’s business, notably regarding immigration cases in a specific location or locations worldwide in alignment with the evolution of the Company’s business strategy and organization development.

II: Key Duties and Responsibilities

Include but not limited to the following:

  • Be fully aware and updated on all Immigration programs offered by Harvey Law Group, and any other business programs as the Company evolves in the future on the Company’s strategy;
  • Provide advice to prospective clients on their immigration application needs;
  • Follow through closely and manage the application process for all immigration cases committed by clients;
  • Build trust with clients and maintain good relationship with clients;
  • Initiate approaches for expanding network of prospects;
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary;
  • Report regularly to the Managing Partners on the progress of all business activities;
  • Support in any other ad-hoc projects or assignments as directed by the supervising Managing Partners.

Job description:

To advise high-net-worth individuals on secondary residence and citizenship-by-investment opportunities.  Provide legal advice to the Marketing, Business Development and Paralegal/Processing teams on promoting Immigration programs and offering professional services to clients

The key responsibilities of the Lawyer are:

Requirements

  • Registered at a local Bar/Law Society;
  • Educational level: Bachelor’s Degree in law;
  • At least 2 years’ of experience in a law firm in business law;
  • Excellent communication;
  • Ability to learn quickly about many different programs/projects;
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage case deadlines for multiple clients;
  • Analytical, flexible, eager to learn, hard-working, efficient, dynamic, ambitious

I: Job Summary

Harvey Law Group (HLG) is looking for a Business Development Manager to be based in our Miami, Florida office in the USA, to support the USA Managing Attorney and our Global and Managing Partners. They will develop new business leads and maximize conversion rates in their assigned region in alignment with the evolution of the Company’s business strategy an organization development

II: Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Promote Immigration programs to local agents, introducers, consultants and prospects, and covert where possible into new business;
    • Source, screen, and develop a pipeline of potential clients through different activities (cold calling, networking events, agents/referrers, personal relationships, etc.);
    • Act as the Immigration expert and deliver professional client and consultation services to ensure their objectives are met;
    • Follow through each case and, with the support of HLG lawyer(s), manage the application process for all immigration cases, and take initiative to update the clients on the progress;
    • Support the Marketing team with event coordination and client invitation;
  • Participate in Company’s general activities such as seminars, events, training sessions, etc.;
  • Be responsible for personal KPI and targets;
  • Assist in any other ad hoc projects as directed by the operations manager, managing partners and attorneys, especially in company operations and maintaining office systems.

  • Minimum Relevant Experience: 5+ years
  • Minimum Supervisory Experience: N/A
  • Minimum Academic Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Major Subject: Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Legal Services, or similar
