As the office's foundation employee, she has built it from a start-up into full operation teams locally, and her leadership has driven year-on-year growth since the 1st year of operation (including the COVID period) to become the leading firm in the industry here. She progressed from Business Development Manager to Associate Director and Business Development Director and was appointed Executive Director in June 2026.

As an immigration specialist with over 10 years of professional experience, Nymol has worked across investment banking, retail, aviation, legal services and immigration. Her core strengths are business development, negotiation, relationship building, technical writing and strategic planning, and she has a proven record of closing business deals. Before HLG, she worked in Corporate Finance teams at one of the Securities Firms, which gave her a strong grounding in investment banking, financial structuring, and M&A process. Earlier roles in customer service and relevant roles, built the polish and ease with people that clients notice today.

Nymol is a shrewd communicator and an attentive listener. She takes the time to understand each client's circumstances, goals and concerns, and turns that understanding into practical solutions they can act on. Clients value her clear advice and her ability to make complex cross-border immigration and investment processes feel straightforward.
