The St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program, through the Public Benefit Option at the Marriott, gives an applicant aged 18 or older citizenship for life that applies to future generations, with multiple citizenship permitted. The route is a USD 250,000 donation to the St. Kitts Marriott Resort, a government-backed project approved for the program.

The donation brings membership in the PBO Program, a residential address in St. Kitts, and up to 14 days and 13 nights per year at the internationally branded 26-acre resort, excluding blackout periods, along with a 10 percent discount across its six dining options, a 15 percent discount at the Emerald Mist Spa, and VIP status at The Royal Beach Casino. An application can include a spouse, children under 18, children 18 to 30 who apply before their 30th birthday, and parents over 55. Citizens travel visa-free to over 150 jurisdictions and pay no personal taxes. Processing runs 5 to 7 months.

1. The applicant must be aged 18 years or older
2. Be of good character (excludes minor or spent convictions)
3. The applicant must not be the subject of a criminal investigation
4. Have not been denied a visa from any visa-free country with no subsequent visa approval
5. The application must be submitted through a government-authorized agent
6. The applicant must not have been declared bankrupt in the last 10 years

Process (5 to 7 months)

1. Complete pre-assessment, KYC, and eligibility checks
2. Complete all application forms and pay legal and due diligence fees
3. Submit the application through an authorised agent
4. Upon approval, pay the balance of the investment, passport fees, and other government fees
5. Obtain the Certificate of Citizenship
6. Passport issued for all family members
