Effective since July 2023, the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program in St. Kitts and Nevis has made significant changes to its qualifying investment options. A novel addition, the Public Benefit Option (PBO), now provides an alternative donation option for investors. This new option allows for donations to be made to an Approved Public Benefactor that will provide proven benefits to the nation of St. Kitts and Nevis.

To date, MSR Media is the sole approved Public Benefactor who is developing the movie industry in St. Kitts and Nevis. Subject to a minimum donation of USD 250,000, investors will be eligible to apply for citizenship of St. Kitts & Nevis for themselves and dependent family members and will also receive a range of unique benefits.
