Saint Kitts Marriott Marriott Residences
- Donation of USD 250,000 to St Kitts Marriott Resort in St Kitts & Nevis
- Government backed project strongly supported and approved for the Citizenship-by-Investment program
- Benefits include:
- Membership in the PBO Program
- A residential address in St Kitts
- Up to 14 days/13 nights stay per year at an internationally branded full-service 26-acre resort (excluding blackout periods)
- VIP status in The Royal Beach Casino

Due Diligence And Application
- Complete eligibility assessment
- Complete Application Forms, payment of legal and due diligence fees
Approval And Investment
Upon approval, complete payment of qualifying PBO sum, government fees, stamp duty and other fees
Citizenship
Applicant then obtains a Certificate of St Kitts Citizenship & Passport
