Thailand Elite Visa
Thai Elite Visa (or Thailand Privilege Card) is a long-term visa categorized under Tourist Visa (Privilege Entry Visa “PE”) allowing residency in Thailand along with benefits for a period between 5 and 20 years depending on the chosen option in exchange for a membership fee of at least THB 650,000 (USD 18,800). This visa grants a 5-year renewable multiple entry.

Thailand Elite Visa Requirements
- Membership fee: starting from THB 650,000 (inclusive of VAT) for 5 years.
- The applicant holds a foreign passport (non-Thai).
- The applicant must not have been subject to bankruptcy proceedings.
- Legally allowed to stay in Thailand in accordance with Thailand’s immigration laws
- No previous record of non-education, volunteer, or medical visa
- No criminal record.
- No record of overstaying more than once.

Thailand Elite Visa Process
Due Diligence And Application
- From complete submission to becoming a member, the approval process is 1-3 months.
- Collection of visas on (i) arrival from an international flight, (ii) Thai Consulates overseas, or (iii) Immigration Department in Bangkok.
Approval And Investment
An application fee of THB 50,000 will be applied upon document submission from January 1st, 2024 onwards.
Residency
Applicants are granted the Thailand Elite-Visa.

What fees are required beyond the membership fee?
An application fee of THB 50,000 is charged upon document submission for all applications filed from January 1, 2024 onwards. This is separate from the package membership fee and is non-refundable.
Where can I collect my Thailand Elite Visa?
Approved members can collect their Thailand Elite Visa in three ways: upon arrival from an international flight at a Thai international airport, at a Thai consulate or embassy overseas, or directly from the Immigration Department in Bangkok.
Can family members be included in a Thailand Elite Visa application?
Yes. Family members can obtain the Thailand Elite Visa through the same application process provided they meet the eligibility requirements. Supplementary cards are available for Platinum (10-year) and Diamond (15-year) package holders at THB 500,000 per card.
Can Bronze or Gold (5-year) members add a supplementary card for a spouse or family member?
Supplementary cards for 5-year package holders carry a minimum additional fee of THB 1,000,000 per card. This is higher than the THB 500,000 supplementary card fee available to Platinum and Diamond package members.
