The applicant must be aged 18 years or older

• Be of good character (excludes minor or spent convictions)
• The applicant must not be the subject of a criminal investigation
• Have not been denied a visa from any visa-free country with no subsequent visa approval
• The application must be submitted through a government-authorised agent
• The applicant must not have been declared bankrupt in the last 10 years

St. Kitts and Nevis PBO Investment

  • Donation of USD 250,000 to the National Housing Corporation (NHC)
  • The NHC is a statutory organization with a mission of adding affordable housing solutions for the people of St. Kitts & Nevis
  • Funds raised by the NHC will:
    • Fund the development of new homes in the country.
    • Fund NHC-financed homes, allowing more flexible mortgage terms.
    • Support housing assistance for citizens, enabling broader affordability and access to home ownership.
    • Be used for ongoing projects, therefore making an immediate impact.
    • Create a positive benefit to the lives of the people of St. Kitts.

Processing time 6-10 Months

Due Diligence And Application

  • Complete pre‑assessment, KYC, and eligibility checks
  • Complete all application forms, and pay legal and due‑diligence fees
  • Submit application through an authorized agent

Approval And Investment

  • Upon approval, pay the balance of the investment, passport fees, and other government fees

Citizenship

  • Obtain the Certificate of Citizenship
  • Issue passports for all family members
