ST. KITTS PUBLIC BENEFIT OPTION – MSR MEDIA SKN LTD
Effective from July 2023, The Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programme in St. Kitts and Nevis has made significant changes to its qualifying investment options. A novel addition, the Public Benefit Option (PBO), now provides an alternative donation option for investors. This new option allows for donations to be made to an Approved Public Benefactor that will provide proven benefits to the nation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
To date, MSR Media is the sole approved Public Benefactor who is developing the movie industry in St. Kitts and Nevis. Subject to a minimum donation of USD 250,000, investors will be eligible to apply for Citizenship of St. Kitts & Nevis for themselves and dependent family members and will also receive a range of unique benefits.

Public Benefit Option Requirements
- Be over 18 years of age
- Have no criminal record
- Provide all the required documents in English
- Make a ‘qualifying’ donation to MSR SKN LTD’s government-approved Public Benefit Option
- Application must be submitted through a government-authorized agent
- Investors must attend a mandatory interview either in person or virtually
Process (between 6-10 months)
- Application takes an average of 8 months
- Reserve unit with MSR Media SKN LTD
- Complete Application Forms, payment of legal and due diligence fees
- Decision provided within 120 days
- Upon interview and approval, complete payment of qualifying sum, government fees, stamp duty and other fees
- Applicant then obtains a Certificate of St.kitts Citizenship & Passport
