Lily obtained her Juris Doctor degree with a dual specialization in International Law and Dispute Resolution & Professionalism from the University of Ottawa.
She is a licensed barrister and solicitor in both British Columbia and Ontario, Canada. As an Associate based in the Vancouver office, Lily advises clients ranging from individual startup investors to multinational corporations on business and professional immigration and corporate matters in English, Mandarin, and French. Before joining Harvey Law Group, Lily worked in the Canadian Federal Government, non-governmental organizations, and the International Criminal Court.
